Mr. Frazier died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at Kansas University Medical Center.
He was born June 25, 1944, in Brookfield, Mo., the son of Roy Glen Frazier Sr. and Mrytle McClaren Frazier. He worked for the city of Lawrence sewer and street maintenance as an equipment operator and was a truck driver for Hamm Quarries. He also worked at D&D Tire.
Mr. Frazier was a school bus driver for First Student and a truck driver for TLI Inc., Pensky Logistics and KOCH from 1981 to 2004.
He was a member of the Free United Methodist Church in Lawrence.
He married Virginia Frazier. They divorced. He later married Constance Jo "Connie" Baker on Sept. 19, 1981. She survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, John F. and Fredrick W., both of Lawrence, and three daughters, Francis McClanahan, Lawrence, Catherin A. Brundage, Solomon, and Elizabeth Bishop, Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister, Deborah Robinson, Lecompton; and 27 grandchildren.
