CHARLES EMMETT MINGEE. METCALF, ILL., April 24 - (Special) - Word was received here today of the death of Charles Emmett Mingee of Vermilion Grove, Ill, a 67-year old native of Metcalf, which occurred at the Veterans Hospital, Danville Ill. After serving in the Navy during World War II he was employed as a butcher at a nearby Georgetown market.
Surviving are the widow and several children. The body is at the Alberts Funeral Home at Sidell.
