Mrs. Cox was a retired waitress, having worked at the Jonesboro Country Club prior to retiring. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Lee Cox; one grand-daughter, Angie Pinkston; and two brothers, J. A. and Troy Alexander.
Mrs. Cox is survived by one son, Leon Lloyd and wife Kay of Jonesboro; one daughter, Sherry Pinkston and husband, Perry, of Tuckerman; two grandchildren, Gregg Pinkston and Brandy Lloyd; and four great-grandchildren, Seth, Noah, Sammy, and Kaitlyn.
Graveside services will be held Friday, March 6, at 11 a.m. at Gracelawn Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, from 5-7 p.m.
