IDABEL, Okla.—Steve Blair, 72, of Swink, Okla., died Sunday, July 29, 2007, in Hugo, Okla.
Mr. Blair was born Sept. 19, 1934, in Swink. He was a millwright, an employee of Oklahoma City Schools and The Daily Oklahoman, a Baptist and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, June Woodruff Blair; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael Fulton Blair of Oklahoma City and Robert and Regina Blair of Newcastle, Okla.; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Beth and Leon Fuller of Bridge Creek, Okla.; two sisters, Horten Boozer of Omaha, Texas, and Nancy Pendergrass of Oklahoma City; one sister-in-law, Melvina Blair of Athens, Texas; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Choctaw Baptist Church, Swink, with Bob Williams and Sonny Dense officiating. Burial will be in Valliant Cemetery under direction of Conley-White Funeral Home.
