Glen David "Kep" Kepner, Sr. was one of nine children of David Kilmer and Nora Belle (Koons) Kepner. He was born November 11, 1914 and died February 2, 1965. He graduated from Lewistown High School. At different times he owned and operated the Point Service Station, the Old Port Trading Post and Kep's Clothing store at the northeast corner of Market and Fourth Streets, all in Port Royal. He was married to Sara Martha McCahren and they had two sons, Glen Jr. and Spencer.
