Funeral servicees were held this morning at Johnsburg for Edward Loehr, 81, of Calumet Harbor, who died Saturday at his home after a lingering illness. Services were conducted at 9:30 a.m. at the home and at 10 a.m. at St. Johns church. burial was made in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Loehr was born December 27, 1852 in Johnsburg. His wife, Anna, preceded him in death a year and a half ago.
Survivors are five sons and daughters; Quirin; Louis and Mrs. Dora Pickart of Calumet Harbor; Albert of Fond du Lac and Mrs. Henry Gruel of Milwaukee; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Moersch; Mrs. Amelia Stephany; and Mrs. Elizabeth Kalt of Fond du Lac, a brother, Henry, of California, eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
