Geraldine D. Delker, 84, formerly of Cogan Station, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at The Williamsport Home, where she resided for the last 2 and a half years.
Born April 11, 1929, in Cogan Station, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Minnie (Quiggle) Paulhamus. She and her husband, John V. Delker, were married June 18, 1947.
She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her three sons, Ronald R. (Bonnie) Delker, of Florida, Wayne E. Delker, of Cogan Station, and Darwin J. (Joan) Delker, of Muncy; a daughter, Christine C. (Fred) Young, of Jersey Shore; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Geraldine is preceded in death by four brothers, Arden, Kenneth, Romaine, and Raymond Paulhamus, and four sisters, Beatrice Knerr, Florence Long, Irene Sechrist, and Bernadine Dunn.
A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. Visitation will be held 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Knight-Confer Funeral Home. Burial will be at State Road Cemetery.
