According to National Society Sons of the American Revolution applications, William and Anna were married October 19, 1854.

Mrs. Anna M. Fisher died last evening at 6 o'clock at her residence, 223 Boas street (sic), at the age of 67 years. Mrs. Fisher was the widow of William M. Fisher, and was well known in the upper end of the city, having lived here since 1876. She was a prominent member of Memorial United Brethren Church, and the Rev. Mr. Batdorf, her pastor, will conduct the funeral services on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, assisted by the Rev. A. A. Long, of Shamokin. Interment will be made at Salem, York county (sic).

Mrs. Fisher is survived by the following children: Miss Emma Fisher, Mrs. J.J. Lyberger, Mrs. Landis Bratten, Willias S. Fisher, Curtis W. Fisher, of this city, and Edward Fisher, living in Ohio.
