Elkton, Feb. 20 - Mrs. Wyonna Jones Hensley, wife of Samuel L. Hensley, died at her home near Elkton last Saturday morning.
Mrs. Hensley had been in declining health for some time and gradually grew worse until the end came. She bore her suffering patiently, always trusting in her Savior. She was kindly and tenderly cared for by relatives and friends.
She leaves to mourn her loss, a husband and two children: Randolph Miller Hensley, aged 10 years and Tempie Glenn Hensley, aged 6.
She is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Jones; one brother, Clifford Jones; and three sisters: Mrs. Harry Monger of Shenandoah and Misses Evangeline and Olive Jones, at home.
Mrs. Hensley was a graduate of Shenandoah Collegiate Institute and School of Music, and was an active member of the East Point United Brethren Church since childhood, in which church she will be missed.
Funeral services will be conducted from East Point church, Monday at 11 a.m. Her pastor, Rev. J. W. Stearn will officiate. The funeral party will leave the Hensley home at 10:30 a.m. The pallbearers will be W.H. Shifflett, C.W. McGuire, Philip Harner, Edward Monger, A.S. Turner, and Dewey Davis.
The Elkton choir of the U.B. Church will have charge of the music.
