Survived by his wife, Stella Karpinski Acquard; three sons, Theodore, Daniel and Ronald; three daughters, Joan, Dorothy and Jacquelyn, all at home; five brothers, John of Alexander, Clarence and William of Buffalo, Joseph and Walter of Bennington; three sisters, Mrs. Sherman Damon, Mrs. Fred Amlinger and Mrs. Helen Stafford, all of Buffalo; several nieces and nephews.
