Funeral service for Vaneita Beckham, 94, of Reklaw will be Saturday, March 30, at 2 p.m. at Dickie Allen Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, with Bro. Will Snidow officiating. Burial will be in Walker's Chapel Cemetery in Reklaw.

Mrs. Beckham passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013, in Reklaw. She was born Oct. 6, 1918, in Ponta to Thomas and Lula Owens Dalby. She lived most of her life in Reklaw and was a homemaker and a Methodist. For several years she owned and operated Beckham Grocery in Reklaw with her husband, and also operated a ceramic shop at one time. She had also worked with Tri-Chem painting at one time and loved playing dominoes. She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph Beckham; son, David E. Beckham; six brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Joy and Crockett Buckner, Rusk, Patricia "Pat" and Paul Penney, Cushing; sons and daughters-in-law, Murray and Nancy Beckham, Cushing, Tommy and Joyce Beckham, Ponta; daughter-in-law, Johnnie Beckham, Atoy; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

Grandsons and grandsons-in-law will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Friday, March 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
