Jeffrey Shawn Berry died Thursday, May 1, 2008 at his home. Shawn was born November 17, 1957 in Ashland, KY and has resided in Huntington since early childhood. He is the son of Janice Campbell Berry and Robert Eugene Berry, both of Huntington.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Stormie Dawn Berry; his maternal grandparents, Ben and Lillie Campbell of Huntington and paternal grandfather, Bert Berry of Tampa, FL.
He graduated from Barboursville High School and Marshall University. He was awarded as a Kentucky Colonel in April of 2008. He was a Realty Specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District.
Funeral service was at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Ernest M. Ritchie officiating. Burial in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington.
