graduating she came west to join her family who were living in Berkeley, CA at
the time. She taught music in Berkeley for a time and also taught in the schools
of Carson City, NV. While in Berkeley Alice met Frank Eugene Hunewill, who was
attending the University of California there. They married on 25 Sec 1883 at
Carson City, NV. After their marriage they made their home on the Hunewill Ranch
in Bridgeport.
