Euphemia (sometimes spelled Euphenia) Bosworth Adams (1840 NY-). (1880 census). She had at least two brothers in the article below:

Charley Bosworth of Olean, who met with a severe accident on the trolley line between Olean and Bradford, late in August, thereby losing one of his legs, has so far recovered that he and his wife visited in town at his sister's and brothers's, Mrs Quincy Adams' and Frank Bosworth's last week (The Post, Ellicottville, NY Wed. 11/27/1907).

She married Albert Quincy Adams (1844-1913). (m. Dec 5 1866 (MSue)).

Their known children were: May B. Adams (1870 NY-), Ernest W. Adams (1872 NY-), Frank E Adams (1875 NY-), and Grace D. Adams (1876 NY-). (1880 census) The 1870 census shows Quincy, Euphemia and May who was 1 yrs old.

On 9/22/1915, Euphemia and Albert Q. gave their son Ernest a 1/2 acre of land from their property in Carrollton NY. (The Post, Ellicottville, New York).

In 1910 Euphemia and Albert were still living in Carrollton with Ernest. (census 1910). By the 1920 census, Ernest was living with Lydia Scott in Cattaraugus, NY.

During the early 1900 hundreds, Euphemia was often ill at times critically.

Limestone
Mrs Q. Adams is still critically ill (4/3/1901)

Limestone
Mrs Quincy Adams is ill with pneumonia although her condition is improving.

Limestone
Mrs Jackson Leonard and Mrs Quincy Adams are still under medical care. 3/2/1910

I found nothing on Euphenia from 1910 to 1920 when Ernest was then listed without his parents. She may have died somewhere during this time. Quincy died by 1913.

So far I can't find a death date for her. Research was from Family search.com, Archives, Limestone cemetery web site and Old Fulton Post Cards.
