Mrs. Alice Moore Is Claimed by Death at Denver at Age of 81.
Mrs. Alice Moore, 81, mother of Mrs. I. F. Purkey, 728 Ida, died at her home in Denver, Colo., Friday, according to word reaching here Saturday.
Mrs. Moore was born in Browning, Mo. She lived in Wichita from 1919 to 1929. She left here for Topeka, where she resided four years before going to Denver nine years ago. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Besides Mrs. Purkey, she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Pearl Lawrence, Milo, Mo., and Mrs. Eula Munkirs, Denver; two sons, Fred and Ray, both of Denver; 20 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Culbertson mortuary.

BRINGING BODY HERE
Rites for Mrs. Alice Moore, 81, Will Be Held Here Wednesday
A former Wichita resident, Mrs. Alice Moore, 81, who died at her home in Denver, Colo., Friday will be buried in Wichita. The body will arrive tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock and can be viewed at the Culbertson mortuary from 4 p.m. Tuesday until 2 p.m. Wednesday when the funeral rites will be conducted.
Rev. Art Wilson, pastor of the Fundamentalist Baptist Tabernacle, and Rev. G. A. Creekmore, retired minister, will have charge of the services. Burial will be in Old Mission cemetery.
Born in Browning, Mo., Mrs. Moore had lived in Wichita from 1919 to 1929. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. I. F. Purkey, 728 Ida, Mrs. Pearl Lawrence, Milan, Mo., and Mrs. Eula Munkirs, Denver, Colo.; two sons, Fred and Ray, both of Denver; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
