CLEMENT C. CRANDALL 79 of Fayetteville, former longtime employee of the Northwest Arkansas Times, died early today in a local hospital. He was born July 3 1889 in arkansas city kansas, the son of Stanley and Emma Harper Crandall. He was an elder of the first united presbyterian church and a volunteer at the veterans administration hospital.Survivors are the widow, Mrs. VETA SPRADLING CRANDALL , to whom he was married in 1911, and several nieces and nephews. ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY WATSON MORTUARY.
