Exa Florence Heath was born on 6 March 1891 to Monroe Dudley Heath and Martha Vada Roberts. She married first Wiley Theodore Bice in 1909. Their children were Hazel, Edgar, and Wilbur Bice. Exa was widowed when Wiley died in 1919. She married second JU Ennis in 1920. Their daughter was Nella Ruth Ennis. Exa Heath Ennis died, 8 April 1969, aged 78, and was buried at Mount Zion Cemetery in Alto, Texas.
