OBITUARY:
Helen Pittman KOEHN, aged 72, died Friday at Ochiltree General Hospital.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday at First Christian Church. Rev. Tracy Wilson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery, under the direction of Boxwell Brothers of Perryton.
Mrs. KOEHN was a life-long resident of this area.
Born in Gray, Okla. on May 9, 1912, she was the daughter of Amcy E. and Grace Coward PITTMAN. She was married to Alvin KOEHN on Aug. 4, 1929 in her parents' home. They have made their home in Perryton for a number of years. She was associated with Baumann Cleaners for some 25 years, doing alterations.
A member of the First Christian Church, she also was a member of the Rebekah's Lodge.
Surviving are her husband; five brothers, Erlis PITTMAN of Morse, Wendell PITTMAN of Balko, Emmet PITTMAN of Kress, Wamon PITTMAN of Warden, Wash., and Leonard PITTMAN of Cassville, Mo.; and a sister, Ethel SEAGO of Perryton.
The family has suggested that memorials be made to one's favorite charities.
