William had six brothers: John, Joseph, Peter, Robert, Samuel, and Thomas, and he had one sister Margaret.
They had eight children: Jane (1780-, Robert Durland (1782-1868), Christopher (1786-1849), my great-great-great-grandmother Margaret (1786-1867), William (1787-1870), John (1791-1850), Elizabeth (1794-1881), and Samuel (1806-1890).
About 1830 William built a house on what is now 107 Mooney Rd. in Ledgewood, NJ on 195 acres of land. The farm passed on to Hiram King from whom William Frank and Sarah Mooney purchased it in 1904 for $4800. The house and farm remained in the Mooney family for 57 years during which time the house was enlarged.
