18 Sept 1963: Miss Barbara M. Fulmer, 69, of the Lebanon County Home, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday at the county hospital, following an illness of a few years. She was a daughter of the late Jacob W. and Laura Gerberich Fulmer. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Vinnie Smith, Lebanon, and Pauline, wife of John Seltzer, Port Allegany, Pa. One Niece and three nephews also survive. [Lebanon Daily News]
