BOND
Mr. J. W. Bond, aged 58 years, proprietor of the McBrayer flouring mill, and one of the best known and most respected citizens of Anderson county, died Saturday night after a long illness from heart trouble and a complication of diseases. For two weeks prior to his death the sufferings with his heart were such that he had to be propped up day and night in the open yard in order to breathe. Mr. Bond leaves a wife, who was Miss Lou Chambers, sister of Dr. Chambers, of Lawrenceburg, and five children, the youngest of whom is aged eleven. He was a member of the Christian church and was buried in Lawrenceburg, Monday.
