Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva Marie Funk Sigler, 32, of Hornbeck were held at 2 p.m. May 2, in the Grace Assembly of God Church in Hornbeck, the Revs. Melton Mitchell and Donnie Masters officiated. Burial followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Mrs. Sigler died Monday, April 28, in Anacoco. She was born in Fort Hood, Texas, and a resident of the Hornbeck-Vernon Parish area. She had been employed by Wal-Mart in Many for the past 13 years and at the time of her death, she was the case office supervisor. Survivors include her husband, Randall Sigler of Hornbeck; her mother, Virginia Bridgewater Funk of Hornbeck, and three brothers, Eric Wayne Funk of Temple, Texas, Fredrick L. Funk II of Hornbeck and Andrew Funk of Wesy Hazelton, Pa.
