Lulu Belle died between 1921-1935 or at least she went missing around this time. In 1919, she was living in Galesburg, Knox County, Illinois when she met a tobacco salesman by the name of Kenneth Mills Regan. She said she was going to divorce her first husband (Earl Florence) and marry Kenneth.
She is found in the 1920 census married to tobacco salesman Kenneth M. Regan in Kaw, Kansas City, Missouri. He was born in Illinois in one census and in Indiana in the next. He became a State senator from Texas.
There are postcards from her when she lived in Chicago in the same building on the Gold Coast.
