Survived by one son, Michael (Paula) Botzum; five grandchildren: Adam, Virginia, Michael, Christopher, and Sara; his mother, Eleanor Tobin Botzum (nee Uhrig) of Florida; two sisters: Terry (Kevin) Manning and Deborah (Michael) Walsh. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his father, James E. Botzum, and a brother, James Botzum.
Member of the U.S. Army, serving in Korea. Also a member of the Honor Guard.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at 1 p.m. at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with Fr. Chris Groh officiating.
Mr. Botzum will receive full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to your local veterans association will be appreciated.
