Mrs. Arsene Collins died at her home on Sycamore St., Bay St. Louis at the age of 93. She was a lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis.
She was survived by her sons, Oscar, Clarence, Rolland E. and Ellsworth Collins; daughters, Mrs. Evangeline Joseph and Mrs. Lucille Mosely.
Her funeral was held on July 28, 1975.
