Mary Bricker daughter of John and Mary Bowman, deceased, was born in Noble County, Jan. 23, 1841 and died at her home in Elkhart, Ind., February 15, 1898, aged 57 years and 22 days. She married George Bricker November 6, 1861. She leaves a husband, one daughter and six sons. One son died when small. She also leaves two brothers, Lycurgus Bowman of Ari and Jonas Bowman of York Twp; one sister, Mrs. Clark Seaburg of York Twp. Funeral at Sparta Church last Thursday. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Elkhart
