Mrs. Eva Bertram, 83, died Sunday at her home a mile and one half east of Johnsburg. She was born in Germany, February 1, 1853. In 1874, she was married to Christ Bertram, who died March 18,1914. Twelve children were born to them, 11 of whom survived.
A son preceded her in death in 1934. She also leaves 62 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, two sisters and a brother. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m., from St. John's Church in Johnsburg, with burial in the adjoining cemetery
