Victor Hayden Carter, Jr., age 62, of Benton, Ky., died Sunday, February 26, 2006, at Oakview Manor Healthcare Center in Calvert City, Ky.
He was the son of the late Victor H. Carter and the late Edna (Williams) Carter.

Brother-Paul David Carter of Paducah, Ky.
