Joe was the daughter of Joseph Warren Hardin and Martha Margaret "Mattie" Scott. She was married to Ernest Marion Testerman on 6/6/1909. They had 3 daughters: Martha Margaret, Mary Evelyn, and Earnestine Elizabeth. Testerman died in 1915; Joe then married William Bragg Griffith on 1/13/1917 in Jones Co TX. Will and Joe had 3 children, Wardell Bragg, Jo Jane, and Eleanore Frances. Joe became step-mother to Will's children from this deceased wife, Mary Ella Moore; Minnie, Bill, Winnie, and Lou Ella. Will died on 3/22/1941. Joe married Miles Preston Bright on 2/4/1942. Miles survived Joe.
