BURLISON - David Kirkland Billings, 73, retired welder with International Harvester for 30 years, died of heart failure Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home in Covington with burial in Covington Memorial Gardens there. He was a member of Kelly's Chapel Church of God Holiness. Mr. Billings, the husband of Grace Billings, also leaves two daughters, Faye Bradshaw of Burlison and Rose Conley of Covington; two sons, Ashley Billings and Thomas Billings, both of Burlison; a sister, Mary Lancaster of Millington; a brother, Leonard Billings of Covington, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
