Along these were Daniel and Manley Swears (brothers), Hiram Fillmore (a cousin of President Fillmore), Albert Demaree and his sons, David, Cornelius, Jacob and Garret, Daiel Swears, Sr., James Black, James Kipp, Peter Lane, John Macour, James Burden, Jacob and Thomas Vantime, John Hosler, William Carpenter, Joseph Russell, Hiram Husted, John L. McNeil, Jacob Thomas, Levi Preston and Lewis Cummings.

Hiram file for pension in 1883 based on near blindness, rhuematism and chronic diarreha.
