"Note: Married a Mr Thomas Day,from Brooklyn, New York./ The children of Thomas were from a previous marriage which ended in death,also this was Cathanine's second marriage, the Trinity church's log book had her listed as a widow,last name was Demailly. At the time of marriage she was living in Newark,New Jersey. / Certificate of Death - 73yrs,11 months,14 days. Widow, how long residence in city 25yrs,place of death 225 Adams st Brooklyn,4 ward. Burial Greenwood Cemetery,500 25th street Brooklyn,New York."

It is assumed that Catharine is buried in Lot 1669 Section 59 with her second husband, but no tombstone has been found for either one.
