Edith Eilenberger, 84, of Lubbock, passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at her residence. She was a homemaker.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009 at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. Please join us in celebrating Edith's life by visiting her memorial at www.mem.com.

Edith was born on March 20, 1925 to the late Rutherford Hayes and Georgia Anna (Smith) Marshall in Davilla, Texas. She married Mose Eilenberger on August 19, 1946 in Milam County. She was a loving Mother who always put herself last. She loved the Lord and always wanted her children to do right in life. She was an example for all of us to follow.

Survivors include her husband; three children, Mose III, Marshall Ann and Jimmy; a sister, Gladys Pugh; three grandchildren, Coby, J.D. and Holly; and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
