Oliver Raymond born in Montville, CT. He married his cousin, Hannah Raymond, Oct 3, 1793, daughter of Edward and Sarah (Douglass) Raymond. They settled in Montville, where he was a farmer and where she died Aug 20, 1811. He then married, April 2, 1812, Mary Comstock, who was born in Montville Feb 19, 1787, daughter of Nathaniel and Anna (Stark) Comstock. They soon moved to Lyme, CT, where he died July 29, 1862, She died Feb 14, 1863.
