Icie Moore Tennant, 91, of Hopewell, Va., and formerly of Fairview, died Monday Feb. 29, 1988 in Hopewell. She was born Sept. 25, 1896, in Mooresville, daughter of the late Nimrod and Sarah Moore.Her husband Asa Dee Tennant, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Freeman Tennant and Adrian Mike Tennant; two
daughters, Mary Lemley and Velma Doris Tennant; six grandchildren and 11
great grandchildren.One son, one daughter, two brothers and one sister are also deceased. Burial was at St. Luke Cemetery
