The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Asbury Hutto are invited to attend the funeral services of the former in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, Tuesday January 22, 2002 at 11 o'clock. Burial, private.

Friends may call at Stuhr's Downtown Chapel Monday between 4 and 6 o'clock.Mr. Hutto was born February 3, 1914 in Branchville, S.C., the son of William Benjamin Hutto and Florence Leila Connelley Hutto.

He was a member of Citadel Square Baptist Church. He graduated from Porter Military Academy and the University of South Carolina.

He was a retired Executive Secretary to Governor Donald Russell.

He served with the 1st US Army during W.W.II in Europe.

He is survived by his wife of Charleston, S.C.; one daughter: Susan H. Robinson of Charleston, S.C.; one son: Dr. Thomas A. Hutto, Jr. of Charleston, S.C.; one sister: Leila Hutto Simmons of Charleston, S.C.; 4 grandchildren: Thomas A. Hutto, III, Eliza H. Hutto, Madison M. Hutto and Susan N. Robinson; many nieces and nephews.
