E. B. PATTERSON OF LOCKNEY DIED FROM PARALYSIS STROKE:

E. B. Patterson, father of R. E. Patterson, Floyd County Gin owner, died Tuesday morning at ten thirty o'clock at the home of his son, R. E., at Lockney. Mr. Patterson suffered a stroke on paralysis Monday morning which caused his death Tuesday.

Mr. Patterson was well known in Lockney and in this city. Funeral services for deceased were held at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. E. Guest at Mansfield, Texas, yesterday. The body was taken overland from Lockney to Mansfield by the Creager Funeral Home of Lockney. Mr. Patterson had been a resident of this county for six years, moving to Lockney from Mansfield.

Besides Roy Patterson of Lockney, surviving are; Will Patterson of Mansfield, a son, and a number of brothers and sisters. R. E. Patterson of Lockney, Mrs. Erwin, a sister of Plainview, and C. R. Patterson of Plainview, attended the funeral services.

E. B. Patterson, father of R. E. Patterson, Floyd County Gin owner, died Tuesday morning at ten thirty o'clock at the home of his son, R. E., at Lockney. Mr. Patterson suffered a stroke on paralysis Monday morning which caused his death Tuesday.
