IUKA – Bobby Ray Davis, 72, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004, at the Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Ala. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He had a deep love for his family and a very special love for his wife. He enjoyed traveling and socializing with his patrons at his and his wife's restaurant "Ellie's Snack Bar."

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka with Bro. James Strange and Bro. T. E. Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Rutledge Salem Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Mary "Ellie" Davis; one son, Mike Davis and wife, Bertha, of Iuka; four daughters, Kathy Ross and husband, Tony, and Sandra Davis and husband, Eddie, all of Iuka, Carolyn Farr and husband, Tommy of Rienzi, and Gail Keymon of Savannah, Tenn.; two brothers, Jerry McKee an wife, Juanita, and Earl Wayne McKee and wife, Linda, all of Tishomingo; one sister, Betty Shuthe and husband, Chris, of Melbourne, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, Neisha Carpenter, Tina Walker, Greg Ross, Rayanna Davis, Jessie Davis, Joey Davis, Sherry Roach, Amy Humphries, Candace Keymon, Paul Farr, Jennifer Roach and Christy Wilkerson; eight great-grandchildren, Seth Walker, Noah Carpenter, Olivia Davis, Michelle Davis, Joseph Davis, Jonathan Roach, Samantha Roach and Bryson Wilkerson.

Pallbearers will be Danny Dexter, Joey Holt Terry McKee, Kenneth Mobley, Adam South and Phillip South. Honorary pallbearers will be Joel Holliman, Donald Joe Holt and Eddie Woodruff.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Davis; his stepfather, Howard McKee; his mother, Bessie McKee; and one sister, Emma Jean Davis.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
