Henry H. Dunkak, 83, Route .8, Chippewa Falls, Town of Lafayette, died evening at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls.
He was born June 15, 1896 in Avoca, Neb. He married Louis Elizabeth Zimbelman.
He was employed in the trucking business until he retired in 1961, when he moved to the Lake Wissota area. He was a member of the Eagle's Club and Teamsters Union.
He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers and one grandson Scotty Janas.
He is survived by a son Harold, Kansas City, Missouri; a daughter Mrs. William (Pearl.) Janas, Gregory, S.D.;. two sisters Mrs. Helen Hutchinson, Burke, S.D., and Mrs. Emma Roloff Plattsmouth, a brother Fred, Gregory; and three grandchildren.
A funeral service, will be held at 11 am Tuesday at the Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Williams of the English Lutheran Church of Bateman officiating. Interment will be in the Bateman Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 Monday at the funeral chapel and until the service Tuesday.
