PRICE - Funeral services for Sgt. David L. Busch, who was killed in action Feb. 16, 1945, will be conducted Sat. at 1 p.m. at the Mitchel funeral chapel. Burial will be in be in the Price city cemetery, with military rites conducted at the grave by members of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Sgt. Busch was born Oct. 31, 1922, at Benton, Ill., a son of David Charles and Fanny Williams Busch. The family moved to Price in 1929. He was educated in the public schools of Price and was graduated from the Carbon county senior high school in 1940. He entered the armed forces July 10, 1943. He received his military training at Camp Kearns, Utah, and Lowry Field, Colorado. He was a bail turret gunner on a B-24 bomber. Sgt. Bush was killed on his 43rd mission over Europe. He was killed over Regansburg, Germany, and buried at St. Avoid, France.

Survivors include his father and step mother, Mr. and Mrs. David Charles Busch, Price, and three stepbrothers, Angeio, Gus and Faye Bursch, all of Price.
