Services for Kathryn "Duck" Smith, 77, of Jayton will be 9:30 a.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Jayton with the Rev. David Fletcher and the Rev. Truitt Kinsler officiating.
Burial will be in the Jayton Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.
She died Monday, July 2, 2001, in Lubbock.
She was born Feb. 14, 1924, in Stonewall County. She married Travis Ray Smith on April 7, 1945 in Jayton. She was a mail carrier and a homemaker who lived all her life in Jayton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jayton.
Survivors include her husband; one son, William Ray of Keyes, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
