Mr Anderson was born January 3, 1878, the son of Green F. and Susie Allen Anderson, at the home which stood on the Indian Mound a short distance southwest of this city. He lived all of his life in this county, being a farmer in the Mound community until a few years ago, when he moved to Caruthersville after selling his farming interest.
He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Gladys McAlister and Misses Jettie, Georgia, Joyce and Cassie Anderson all of this city; one son, Wade Anderson of Pueblo, Colo.; three sisters, Mrs. Willie Wilks of Lawrence, Kas.; Mrs. Odis Stanley and Mrs. Elmer Murphy, both of this city; one brother, Goah Anderson of East Prairie; and seven grandchildren.
Interment was in Little Prairie Cemetery, with LaForge Undertaking Company in charge of arrangements.
