Mrs. Jake Goss died yesterday at the hospital at Palisade of appendicitis. The body has been brought to the home of Mr. and Mrs. John White. Funeral arrangements have not been made. The deceased leaves a husband and two little ones to mourn the loss of a loving wife and mother. Mr. and Mrs. Goss were residents of the lower valley until recently and have many friends who extend sincerest sympathy.

The funeral of Mrs. Ollie Goss was held at the Congregational Church. The services were in charge of the Mormon elders. A large number of friends were present to pay their last respects to one who numbered her friends by her acquaintances. Beautiful floral offerings showed the esteem in which she was held.
