Josiah West, the victim of a railroad accident on June 17 by jumping from a moving train, is very low today, and the physicians think he can last but a few hours. His vitality amounts to almost nothing, and consumption that has fastened on him before the accident, has developed rapidly since. His wife is with him and both are prepared for a fatal termination.
