Genevieve "Jenny" B. Brouhard, 94, of Salinas, passed away Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, in Salinas
She was born Oct. 7, 1914, in Cicero, Ill. Genevieve "Jenny" was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed being a homemaker for more than 60 years.
Survivors: Daughters, Betty (Lee) Baker of Carson City, Nev., Lorraine M (Rick) Bumbaca of Tehachapi, and Lorita Brouhard of Carson City, Nev.; sons, Carl (Darlene) Brouhard of Auburn, and Ken (Jan) Brouhard of Prunedale; sister, Estelle Domke of Albuqurque, N.M.; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Roy L. Brouhard; parents, Jesse and Mary Stossel; son, Eugene L. Brouhard; two brothers and three sisters.
Private Visitation and Funeral services: Will be held at Healey Mortuary.
Burial: Garden of Memories Cemetery, 850 Abbott St., Salinas.
