Mrs. Martha [Sleeth] Alshie [Ailshie], wife Of John Alshie [Ailshie], died Of pneumonia at her home in Jefferson township, on Wednesday June 5, 1895, aged 52 years.
Funeral services were conducted from the residence on Thursday, June 7th, and the remains interred in the Athelstan cemetery. Mrs. Alshie [Ailshie] was highly respected by the community in which she lived, a large number Of whom attended her funeral.
