Mrs. Clark was a resident of Route 1, Winnsboro.
Survivors include seven sons, C. R., C. E., and J. W. Clark, all of Winnsboro, Emmett Clark of Jackson, Miss., Dalton Clark of Modesta, Calif., Raymond Clark of Baskin, and J. A. Clark of Delhi; three daughters, Mrs. Zelia Sturdivant, Mrs. Tennie Lewis and Mrs. Eva Killian, all of Winnsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Moody of Goldonna and Mrs. Alice Freeman of Arkansas; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were W. M. and DeWitt Jordan, Julian Laborde, D. J. Monroe, Pete Polen and Douglas Graney.
