Andrew-2 Jr. was the son of Andrew-1 Warner and his wife Mary Humphrey* [HUMPHREY, not Humfrey as on Andrew's memorial and Mary's memorial pages in Findagrave.]

1630c: Andrew [Jr.], a son of Andrew and Mary (Humphrey) Warner was born at Village of Thaxed, Dunmow Parish (Essex) England.**

1658, March 11: His name is among the list of troopers from Hartford under Major John Mason. (Public Records of Connecticut; I:309)**

1666c: He was settled at Midletown and was a land-holder there as early as 1666.**

1668, November 4: He and his wife, Rebecca; his brothers Robert, John and their wives signed the covenant, at the beginning of the records of the Middletown Church.**

1670, March 22: Andrew Warner with an estate of £84-00-00 is listed in "The names of the Proprietors of Middletown, Connecticut".

1680/1, January 26: Andrew Warner, Jr. died at Middletown Village (Middlesex) Connecticut Colony. It is probable that Andrew Warner's death was untimely or unexpected, as his executrix was empowered after his death to complete the sale of lands for which be had arranged but had not yet signed the deeds.**

1681, February 20: The Inventory of the Estate of Andrew Warner, Jr. amounted to £339-05-03, a considerable sum for that time. The list of heirs, as given was: Andrew, aged 19; John, 11; Joseph, 9; Abigail, 21; Mary, 17; Hannah, 15; Rebecca, 6. (Manwaring "Probate Records of Connecticut; l:374)

1683, May: The widow was instructed to give a deed to David Sage, for property sold him by Andrew Warner before his death.**

1684, March: Administration papers were granted to the widow, Rebecca, John Wamer and Robert Warner.**

1684, April: The estate was divided; the eldest son receiving £86-00-00, the others smaller amounts.

1684, May: A deed was given to John Hollybutt, for property in Wongum sold him in the same way.**
