Mrs. Terrell was born November 21, 1919, in Carroll County to the late Walter Lee Bailey and Josie Austin Bailey. She was a retired nursing assistant and was a member of the Tallapoosa Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Laymon Lee and Maria Terrell of San Francisco, Larry and Andrea Terrell, and Lionel Terrell, all of Carrollton, Lyndon and Sharon Terrell of Villa Rica; sisters, Edna Hannah of Bremen and Dora Terrell of Hulett; a special friend, Janet Ward; 10 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 19, 2003, at 11 a.m. from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Todd Wright and Elder James Blair officiating. Pallbearers will be James Terrell, Jerry Terrell, Richard Terrell and Sherman Hannah. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
