Kathryn C. Cline, 72, died Sunday at her home near Tonasket after a sudden illness.
She was born Kathryn Houseworth on Oct. 8, 1906, in Knobby, Mo., where she was raised and attended school.
On Oct. 3, 1927, she married Frank Cline at Versailles, Mo.
Following their marriage, she and her husband lived in Benton County, Mo., until moving west in 1953. They lived near Tonasket where Mr. Cline was employed by Howard Appel.
Mrs. Cline was active in the Ellisforde Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband, four sons, Harvey, Frank Jr., and Charlie, all of Oroville, and Larry of Brewster; eight daughters, Clara Burton, Irene Hehner, Virginia Parker, and Francis Lesamiz all of Tonasket, Avis Hudson of Seattle, Evelyn Chiles of Lowry City, Mo., Goldia Mussino of Springdale, Ark., and Carol Hammer of Fort Mead, Md.; a brother, Chester Houseworth, Warsaw, Mo.; a sister, Edith Hall, Union, Mo.; 45 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
